Sublimation printing Textiles
Utilizing disperse dye inks, the d.gen Teleios Series of wide format dye-sublimation inkjet printers prints full-color graphics direct-to-fabric. It then passes the printed fabric through an inline fixation unit causing the dye to sublimate into a gas that infuses the image deep into the polyester fibers. This provides a final result that is permanent, durable and with vibrant color and detail. The d.gen Teleios wide format textile printers range from a top speed of 775 square feet/hour to a highly productive 3, 229 square feet/hour and support maximum roll sizes from 74 to 120 inches (1.8 to 3.3 meters).
To finish your fabric based graphics, Canon Solutions America also offers the award-winning Cronos Ultimate sewing machine by Matic. This digital sewing machine is easy to use, fast and versatile allowing you to sew flat seams, attach silicone edging or velcro.
